What's New with JetBlue - April 23

This Week in JetBlue

A spring sale to celebrate the end of winter! Finally some good weather in the Northeast and a reason to cheer. Also this week, a revolutionary twist on the coat check, more inspiring stories of donating all from JetBlue this week.

JetBlue and the Airbus Corporate Foundation helped to bring 10 tons of medicine and aid to Haiti this week onboard their new A321 plane. JetBlue included several thousand books and feminine hygiene products as part of the load, as a sign of their continued effort to improve in many ways the cities and countries they fly through.

Hollywood Reporter notes that if you're flying out of JFK and wanted to live it up like a VIP, JetBlue at T5, freshly renovated, is the place to be.

JetBlue has come out on top of customer satisfaction for the third year in a row, followed by Southwest and Delta placing a close second and third. Delta has increased its satisfaction rating over 20% since 2011 and has been making a strong climb up to Southwest and JetBlue's top status.

JetBlue is partnering with CoatChex to offer some innovative new services to travelers. Flyers going through T5 at JFK will have the ability, using smart tags and their mobile phone, to check a coat for $2 a day or $10 a week at the airport. Going somewhere warm doesn't mean you have to lug around your down coat anymore! Nor do you have to brave the sometimes frosty spring weather to avoid extra weight.

FInally, the (spring)time sale ends today. With flights starting at $59 and getaway packages at $149, it's a great time to book travel for the upcoming warm months. See all the details on this JetBlue sale.
