What's New with JetBlue - March 25

Additional codeshares, an overall services review, a new store at the T5 Terminal, and a story of amazing customer service this week from JetBlue.

What's Been Going On...

This week we have a review of JetBlue's overall service, which ultimately proves its far better than airlines that cost 2x more than JetBlue!

Japan Airlines (JAL) and JetBlue are expanding their codeshare operations. JAL gains from an expanded East coast footprint, and JetBlue gains much needed international territory where it only has South America on its own. A full list of the new codeshares, which start to be effective as of March 30 2014, are available.

A sweet new store is opening up at Terminal 5 near JetBlue - a candy store! Dylan's Candy Store has a mission of awakening the child in everyone, featuring over 7,000 different candies.

Some honeymooners made the mistake of losing a wedding ring...down the toilet of a JetBlue flight. While the ring couldn't be recovered, flight attendants stuck their hands down to look for it and the captain even mapped out the flush system in an attempt to locate the ring. That's some amazing dedication to customer service.
